The ZmartCharge AC charger is the first charger equipped with both a CEE plug and a charging cable with T2 plug. This enables the charger to be easily installed without the need to open it.
There is a small back plate of metal that can be screwed up on the wall to simply hang the charger up on the backplate.
In case the charger is located outdoors, it can be locked by a lock to avoid anyone from stealing the charger.
The charger comes with 5 years – no excuse warranty on all parts. Should there be a problem encountered with our EV charger unit, our company will send you a new charger and you return the old one in the same box as you received the new one in.

Certifications by accredited laboratories
The founders of ZmartCharge have always been committed to standards and regulations. Before we started to design our product, we studied all applicable EU and national regulations and standards in details. This is very important as all components used to build the charger must be in line with rules and standard.
The company also had to take into consideration durability, humidity and the impact all components and the entire design have on our nature. Only then, and when we had all details mapped out, we could start to design the hardware.
When we had the product development completed, we asked BEIDE Compliance Test Laboratory to do the main tests for the charger where we successfully passed all tests without any remarks. BEIDE is accredited from many institutions including the famous TUV in Europe.
Below you can find the test reports from BEIDE and also some of the other tests done. In addition, all of the major components in the charger, like CPU, WiFi modules, 4G modules, relays etc. hold needed EU certifications.
Please download the iOS app from App Store or the Android app from Google Marketplace or Google Playstore. Once installed you register with your phone number and shoot the QR code for the charger. After a couple of easy question you are ready to start charging smart.
